John grew up in Boston, NY and attended Daemen University, where he participated in their Physical Therapy Program. He started with Buffalo Rehab Group in May 2019.
In high school, he was on the varsity gymnastics, wrestling, and track and field teams. Participating in these activities and his love of physical fitness started his interest in physical therapy.
Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, working out, volleyball, video games, hiking, and dancing.
